Staying at the Relais & Maison Grand Tour felt like stepping into a serene retreat right in the heart of Florence. The rooms are beautifully decorated, adding a touch of elegance to my stay. Ulrike, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met with great recommendations and personal touches. The only minor drawback was the location’s proximity to busier streets, but the tranquility of the suites made up for it significantly.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel, with beautifully renovated rooms and a fantastic location close to the dome and the heart of the old city. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, providing excellent recommendations for dining and activities. The main downside was a small outdoor area that didn't quite match the photos, and a minor issue with cleanliness in our room. Overall, it was a comfortable stay that I highly recommend for families visiting Florence.

However, be prepared for some limited privacy if you're with a group, as you have to walk through one bedroom to access another.
